The ryokan has a very central location, close to the subway and main road. The room is functional, modern, and comes with a very modern bathroom, tatami mat, and comfortable futon beds. The staff was exceptionally kind and friendly.

Our hotel is set in a very central location near to the bus stop, Gion the famous geisha district and most touristy areas. Overall the staff is accommodating and exceptionally kind. The units are a decent size with a japanese style dining table.

Overall had lovely stay of out visit to Kyoto. Enjoyed the way our lovely looking japanese-style room with futon japanese beds for the children was.

I enjoyed staying in this unique brand-new hotel. The rooms turned out to be new-fashioned and beautifully maintained with Tanami mats for the kids, the garden plus futon Japanese beds for the children. The location was wonderful and marvellous, just off lots of restaurants and the temples, tourist sights and Kyoto station. Tried some nice meals at Kappo Taira, located a few steps away from the property.

Favourable and incredible location not far from the main shopping and Nishiki market, the shitamachi style arcade shopping in Karasumadori, and Shoji-dori street modern shopping areas. Sumptuous and inexpensive breakfast - 3 star level.
